MSP Account Executive - IT Services & CMMC Compliance

About The Position

Secure IT Service Management, Inc., a subsidiary of Paragone Solutions, Inc., is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll lead new business efforts and own the full sales development lifecycle—from identifying and qualifying prospects to building strategic partnerships and closing high-value deals for SecureITSM. You’ll collaborate with leadership while independently driving strategic decisions and growth. SecureITSM, a subsidiary of Paragone Solutions, Inc. is an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting DoD contractors who must comply with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements. SecureITSM also supports commercial entities that must maintain a high level of cybersecurity hygiene. SecureITSM offers competitive salaries and a relaxed, life-friendly work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales or partnerships roles, preferably within an MSP, IT services or technology solutions company
  • Proficiency in GoHighLevel CRM
  • Experience assisting with email marketing campaigns
  • Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Willingness to travel for tradeshows and networking events

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a startup environment is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive early-stage growth and expand our footprint.
  • Build, manage and optimize a strong sales pipeline to exceed revenue goals and fuel scaling efforts.
  • Using GoHighLevel (CRM), create and manage outreach campaigns to engage prospective clients.
  • Represent the company at tradeshows, conferences, and networking events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding needs and positioning our solutions for a long-term impact.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline progress and business development results to continually refine the approach.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies within the MSP and IT services sector.
