Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience within managed service environments (you must have 7+ years in a leadership role at an IT MSP)
- Strong understanding of business operations, strategy, and performance improvement
- Proven ability to coach, influence, and inspire leaders to achieve meaningful results
- Familiarity with structured business operating systems and coaching frameworks
- Broad knowledge of IT services, tools, and business processes
- Exceptional organization, communication, and client service capabilities
- Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities
- Ability to simplify complex topics and guide others through change
- Experience developing people and driving accountability
- Confident handling of challenging conversations and conflict resolution
- Passion for continuous learning, self-development, and industry engagement
- Must hold valid right to work in United States
Responsibilities
- Build trusted coaching relationships with a diverse portfolio of IT MSP partners
- Deliver impactful 1:1 coaching sessions that drive measurable business outcomes
- Collaborate with content teams to shape thought leadership and partner-facing resources
- Continuously develop your coaching expertise, incorporating leading business frameworks and methodologies
- Keep partners accountable to their goals while supporting strategic decision-making
- Accurately document progress, engagement activity, and results achieved
- Optionally lead peer groups, facilitate workshops, and contribute as a trainer
