About The Position

This role is for an MSHA Certified Electrician/Maintenance professional responsible for maintaining control and power systems for various equipment including motor driven conveyor belts, pumps, air compressors, locomotives, and winch systems. The position also involves performing preventive maintenance on all electrical systems and ensuring proper training and electrical certifications (State, OSHA, MSHA) are maintained for the electrical crew.

Requirements

• MSHA electrical certification.
• Ability to use a wide variety of hand tools, power tools, and electrical measurement devices.
• Ability to use programmable logic controllers and associated software as a troubleshooting tool.
• Ability to solve a wide variety of problems using a logical and analytical approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining control and power systems for motor driven conveyor belts, pumps, air compressors, locomotives, and winch systems.
• Performing preventive maintenance for all electrical systems.
• Ensuring proper training and various electrical certifications (State, OSHA, MSHA) are maintained for the electrical crew.
