About The Position

This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients, including assessment, medication administration, monitoring, and coordination of individualized treatment plans. The MS/Tele RN monitors cardiac rhythms and changes in patient condition, collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, and ensures safe, evidence-based care throughout the patient’s hospitalization. Requirements

  • 1 year’s experience
  • 1 year of Epic charting experience
  • Previous Charge Experience required
  • Flu Vaccine Required – No Exemptions
  • ACLS certification
  • BLS certification
  • NIHSS certification
  • TN active RN license
  • 1 year’s experience for travelers

  • Experience with Use of Rapid Response/Code teams
  • Experience with Peritoneal dialysis
  • Experience with continuous bladder irrigation
  • Experience with inpatient unit for stroke and TIA patients
