Requirements

• Two (2) years of experience required
• Strong MS/Tele and Ortho skills required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Flu Vaccine Required – No Exemptions
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, Dysrhythmia certified, NIHSS
• Active SC license or multistate license required
• First-time Travelers accepted
• Must have Ortho experience
• Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams preferred
• Patient Diagnosis: Includes Med/Surg, Tele, cardiac, low-risk ACS, TIAs, diabetes, hypertension, COPD, dehydration, chest pain, DVT, & PE
• Special Procedures: Bedside lumbar puncture/ Post cath (radial/femoral), Clean or no interventions/ Post-surgical/Post renal biopsy/CT Angio/Heparin drips
• Special Equipment: Telemetry/bedside pulse oximetry/dinamaps/glucometers

• Previous Charge Experience preferred
• Teaching Hospital Experience preferred
• Community Hospital Experience preferred
• Use of Rapid Response/Code teams preferred
