About The Position

This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients, including assessment, medication administration, monitoring, and coordination of individualized treatment plans. The MS/Tele RN monitors cardiac rhythms and changes in patient condition, collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, and ensures safe, evidence-based care throughout the patient’s hospitalization.

Requirements

  • 1 year’s experience.
  • 1 year of Epic charting experience.
  • Previous Charge Experience required.
  • Omnicell medication system experience.
  • Flu Vaccine Required – No Exemptions.
  • ACLS certification.
  • BLS certification.
  • NIHSS certification.
  • TN active RN license.
  • 1 year’s experience for travelers.
