About The Position

The MS Dynamics 365 Developer will be responsible for creating, delivering, and managing CRM applications. This role requires extensive experience in configuring and developing with the MS Dynamics 365 CRM online platform, managing CRM security, and understanding entity management. The developer will work on several key projects including refining the 'Request Impacts' entity to capture data at multiple levels, enhancing the 'Requirement Location and Service Area' functionality, and properly defining service areas for 'Credit Service Area' to ensure accurate credit pool usage. Additionally, the role involves streamlining refund functionality, migrating credit release processes from Excel to CRM, and allocating costs to service areas and mitigation types. The developer will also upgrade revenue functionality to link with customer invoices and vendor refunds, track RFP data within CRM, create a 'STIP Entity' for migration data, and upgrade the STIP module for better mitigation targeting. The position also requires the development of Mitigation Target tables, implementation of sum and calculated fields, data validation and cleaning, report creation, and providing training and project documentation.

  • Upgrade revenue functionality to link with customer invoices and vendor refunds
  • Track RFP data and results within CRM
  • Create a 'STIP Entity' for migration data
  • Upgrade the STIP module for better mitigation targeting (forecasting, acceptance data, permitted requirements)
  • Develop Mitigation Target tables to determine snapshot program needs
  • Implement sum and calculated fields to facilitate data aggregation
  • Perform data validation and cleaning
  • Create various reports to extract data from the system
  • Provide training and documentation for system updates
