About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, configuring, and supporting enterprise applications within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform ecosystems. This role will focus on developing scalable business solutions that support grants management, licensing, workflow automation, enterprise integrations, and reporting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and environment configuration.
• 3+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas Apps) and Power Automate.
• Strong experience developing custom Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Custom APIs, and Web Resources using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dataverse, MS SQL Server, REST APIs, and Azure Functions for enterprise integrations.
• Experience creating interactive dashboards and operational reports using Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, security roles, business rules, and workflows.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Active Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Microsoft Azure certifications.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience working with Public Sector or Government agencies.
• Experience supporting Grants Management, Financial Systems, Licensing, Permitting, or Workflow Automation applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Develop custom plugins, workflow extensions, APIs, and web resources to support business requirements.
• Build and enhance applications using Power Apps and automate business processes using Power Automate.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications through REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Dataverse.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Follow best practices for secure, scalable, and maintainable application development.
