This role involves leading and participating in project teams for system work efforts on enterprise systems. The developer will gather information from user departments to understand and support end-user needs, configure and maintain enterprise systems and software, and identify and resolve configuration issues. Responsibilities also include developing and maintaining documentation, assisting end-users with troubleshooting and resolving concerns, and participating in end-user training. The role requires developing, maintaining, executing, and validating test scripts, coordinating with other business units for successful change implementation, and reviewing business processes against best practices to identify necessary system or process changes. Additionally, the developer will monitor business systems and processes for improvement opportunities, review legislative and regulatory changes impacting the Commission, and utilize various software and technology tools. The role encompasses all aspects of the application development life cycle, including requirements determination, coding/building, unit testing, and implementation.
