About The Position
We are seeking a skilled MS Dynamics 365 Developer with experience in security, upgrades, training, and documentation. This role involves creating, delivering, and managing CRM applications within the MS Dynamics 365 platform. The developer will be responsible for configuring and developing solutions, managing security settings, and ensuring data integrity across various entities. Key projects include refining impact location and service area definitions, enhancing credit service area functionality, streamlining refund processes, migrating external data into CRM, and developing new entities for tracking RFPs and STIP data. The role also requires creating sum and calculated fields, performing data validation and cleaning, generating various reports, and providing training and documentation for system updates.
Requirements
- 7 Years Create, Deliver and Manage CRM Applications
- 7 Years Configure Dynamics 365
- 7 Years Demonstrated experience configuring (and developing) with the MS Dynamics 365 CRM online platform (2011-current versions preferred)
- 7 Years Manage Dynamics CRM security
- 7 Years Manage entity ownership; manage entity properties; understand system and custom entities

- Create STIP Entity
- Upgrade STIP Module for Mitigation Targeting
- Develop Mitigation Target Tables
- Create sum and calculated fields
- Perform Data validation / cleaning
- Create various reports to extract data from the system
- Provide training and documentation on system updates
