About The Position

The MRP Controller Analyst monitors and coordinates material and information flow within the company’s supply chain by maintaining and optimizing SAP Material Requirements Planning (MRP) functionality. Ensures accurate and timely planning of materials, production, and logistics activities to support efficient operations and fulfillment. Analyzes system outputs, identifies variances, and communicates findings to responsible departments to maintain alignment across procurement, production, logistics, and quality functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Two years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation involving integrated business planning, materials management, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
  • Two years of experience with loading and unloading finished-products and securing loads.
  • Two years of experience implementing SAP systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Two years of experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
  • Two years of experience with Production Planning (PP).
  • Two years of experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
  • Two years of experience with data analytics and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures proper MRP setup and configuration for all materials and locations to enable accurate supply, demand, and production planning.
  • Monitors the execution of the MRP/MPS system and supports schedulers and planners in resolving system or data issues.
  • Analyzes MRP dashboard data to identify past due transactions, supply gaps, or forecast deviations, and coordinates corrective actions with responsible teams.
  • Organizes weekly cross-functional meetings to review supply chain performance metrics and communicate trends in past due transactions by location.
  • Collaborates with the procurement organization to prevent and resolve past due planned orders, purchase orders, and purchase requisitions for raw and packaging materials.
  • Works with the sales organization to ensure timely fulfillment of sales orders and deliveries.
  • Coordinates with the maintenance organization to ensure timely procurement of spare parts and maintenance materials.
  • Partners with the quality management organization to track and resolve pending inspection lots or holds affecting production or shipment.
  • Collaborates with the manufacturing organization to ensure on-schedule completion of planned production orders and availability of dependent materials.
  • Works closely with the demand planning organization to reconcile forecast requirements and ensure system accuracy.
  • Coordinates with the logistics organization to maintain timely execution of stock transport orders and shipping notifications.
  • Prepares and communicates regular performance reports and supports continuous improvement of material planning and logistics processes.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned to support overall supply chain coordination.
