Our team is looking for an MRO Warehouse Lead & Production Scheduler to join them. You will report to the Warehouse and Planning Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Miramar, FL.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in aerospace MRO or similar warehouse environment
  • Achieve Forklift Certification within 90 days of employment
  • Knowledge of ATA 300 requirements
  • Ability to read, interpret, understand, and apply warehouse standards
  • Effective verbal communication, ability to read, write, and comprehend English
  • Analytical and reasoning ability, problem solving
  • Ability to read/understand bill of materials
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite
  • Direct or indirect knowledge of CFR 14 part 145
  • Forklift Certification
  • Experience with ERP and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Hazmat training is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and leads all aspects of shipping, receiving and stockroom material movement
  • Inventory control & data management – Support inventory accuracy through timely and accurate material transactions in the ERP system, daily cycle counts and reconciliation as needed
  • Production scheduling – Assist with the development and updates of weekly and monthly production schedules
  • Material management – Coordinate purchasing, inventory control and movement of inventory and WIP material
  • Coordination & Communication – Act as liaison between warehouse, supply chain, production planning, operations and key stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate and on time completion of shipping and receiving tasks, including but not limited to receipt, inspection, acceptance or rejection of all goods received into the facility
  • Picking, packing and shipping IAW ATA 300 requirements
  • Continuously improving efficiency and quality to achieve key metrics
  • Other duties as required
