Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologists are responsible for utilizing radiofrequencies within a magnetic field for diagnostic, therapeutic, or research purposes. They perform magnetic resonance imaging, acquire and analyze data for diagnosis as requested by a licensed practitioner, and independently complete or assist in MRI procedures. Technologists also prepare, administer, and document activities related to medications in accordance with legal and institutional policies.
