About The Position

The MRI Technologist will work in the MRI Department, full-time, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with holiday and call rotation. This role requires a graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiology Technology and registration with the ARRT and/or graduation from an accredited MRI Technology Program. SCRQSA Certification may be required. The position involves experience and training in high-tech imaging modalities, equipment, and procedures, and requires meeting continuing education requirements. Current CPR certification is also mandatory.

Requirements

• Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiology Technology.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist by the ARRT and/or graduate of an accredited MRI Technology Program.
• SCRQSA Certification required if applicable.
• Experience and training in high tech imaging modalities, equipment and procedures.
• Must meet continuing education requirements.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment and perform imaging procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during MRI scans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to continuing education requirements.
• Participate in holiday and call rotations.
