About The Position

Corewell Health is offering up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus to external hires and internal new grads currently in a student role. This is a Part Time position with Variable Hours and requires working every other Weekend. Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital, originally opened in 1977 as a 189-bed hospital, has grown to 530 licensed beds and offers a comprehensive array of health care services. The MRI Technologist will perform diagnostic MR exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment and techniques, adhering to the Beaumont philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program or the Joint Review Committee on Educational Programs in Nuclear Medicine Technology (JRCNMT) Required.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• CRT-Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRI_-ARRT-Certification Upon Hired Required
• CRT-Radiation Therapist - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire Required
• Or CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire Required
• Or CRT-Sonographer (S) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire Required
• Or CRT-Sonographer (S) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Upon Hire Required
• Or CRT-Nuc Med Technologist (N) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire Required
• Or CRT-Nuclear Medicine Technologist - NMTCB Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Upon Hire Required
• Or CRT-Vascular Technologist (VT) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Upon Hire Required
• Or CRT-Musculoskeletal (MSK) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Upon Hire Required

• CRT-Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRI) ARRT-Board Registry Certification required 1 year from date of hire.
• CRT-American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (MRI)-ARMRIT-Board Registry Certification required 1 year from date of hire.
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)-American Heart Association-Upon Hire Required or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)-American Red Cross Upon Hire Required

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 years clinical experience beyond staff radiographer level preferred.
• CRT-American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRI)-ARMRIT Certification Upon Hire Preferred
