About The Position
Lumexa Outpatient Imaging is seeking a full-time MRI Technologist for its new location opening later this year in Asheville, North Carolina. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with daytime hours. This role does not require on-call duties or working on holidays.
Requirements
- Current, valid ARRT certification in your modality
- Graduate of approved program for Radiological Technology
- Basic proficiency with computer monitors, keyboard and mouse
- Organized, detail oriented, observant
- Calm and effective communicator
Responsibilities
- Helpful, patient and sympathetic communication with patients
- Lifting, moving, positioning and assisting patients on/off examination table
- Scanning, RIS and PACS use
