About The Position

Lumexa Outpatient Imaging is coming later this year to Asheville, North Carolina! We're seeking a full-time Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. This position offers a Monday to Friday daytime schedule with no on-call or holiday requirements.

Requirements

• Current, valid ARRT certification in your modality
• Graduate of approved program for Radiological Technology
• Basic proficiency with computer monitors, keyboard and mouse for scanning, RIS and PACS use
• Organized, detail oriented, observant
• Calm and effective communicator
• Helpful, patient and sympathetic

Responsibilities

• Scanning patients
• Using computer monitors, keyboard and mouse for scanning, RIS and PACS use
• Lifting, moving, positioning and assisting patients on/off examination table
• Walking 25% of shift, standing 50% of shift, sitting 25% of shift
