About The Position
UVA Health Outpatient Imaging Culpeper is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join their patient-focused team as a Team Lead. This full-time position is based in Culpeper, VA, and offers a Monday - Friday schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The role involves delivering outstanding imaging services in a positive and collaborative setting, contributing to the mission of offering affordable medical imaging without compromising expertise or a compassionate experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a MRI Technologist.
- Must have a minimum Associates Degree in Radiology or be a graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program.
- Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography, or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMIT) and maintain current valid registration from ARRT or ARMIT.
- MR advanced registration through ARRT or ARMIT is required upon hire for IDTF centers. Non-IDTF centers require MR advanced registry within the first 12 months of employment.
- Must meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which they practice.
