About The Position
The MRI Tech position is a full-time role (80 hours per pay period) with 8-hour varied day shifts. The role includes participation in an on-call rotation, including a 7-day backup call every 7 weeks. This position is based at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla with the potential to float to AMP. Requirements
- ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT or CRT
- Venipuncture class completion. Certificate must be provided at application; 10 sticks must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- BLS from the American Heart Association
- Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology or equivalent education and experience in radiologic imaging obtained through a hospital-based training program or other formalized on-the-job program, in combination with current licensure/certification
- Excellent investigative, interpersonal and leadership skills
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of MRI experience
- Cardiac and Breast experience
- Experience with Siemens scanners
