Moving Help Specialist (Part-time)
About The Position
Moving Help, a wholly owned subsidiary of U-Haul International, is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated specialist with strong customer service and sales skills to work in a fast-paced setting. The Moving Help Specialist manages communications from Moving Helpers through phone, email, live chat, and text, and helps resolve questions and issues efficiently. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. The position is available for either full-time or part-time hours and is located at 20 E Thomas, Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities
- Learn Moving Help programs and other U-Haul operations.
- Respond to Moving Helper inquiries through phone, email, and text in a timely manner.
- Assist Moving Help personnel with projects and material support.
- Update electronic files and other resources.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks to support Moving Help and U-Haul operations.
- Contribute in a positive, enthusiastic, and helpful manner.
- Remain inquisitive and take regular steps toward personal and professional growth.
- Manage multiple support issues simultaneously and respond appropriately to problems and issues as they arise.
