Requirements

  • Minimum of three years in a Continuing Care Retirement Community.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with software tools such as Advantage Anywhere, Smart Sheet, ADP, and Point Click Care.
  • Strong supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customized move plans for seniors moving into the community.
  • Assess individual needs and create tailored floor plans.
  • Provide valuable resources such as a list of trusted movers and packing services.
  • Offer empathetic guidance throughout the move process to reduce stress for residents and families.
  • Act as a central point of contact and coordinate multiple vendors to ensure seamless moves.
  • Integrate moves smoothly with community staff schedules.
  • Manage the design center.
  • Assist new residents with paperwork.
  • Ensure new apartments are welcoming from day one.
  • Foster connections with community amenities.
  • Regularly check in with residents during their move-in process.
  • Supervise activity staff.
  • Manage program budgets.
  • Oversee and participate in hiring and training.
  • Maintain program records.
  • Document resident participation and note changes in resident well-being.
