About The Position

Touchmark at Mt. Bachelor Village is seeking a Move-In Coordinator / Sales Assistant to join their sales team. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive transition for new residents into the community. The position involves managing details, project management, and providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and passionate about helping others, particularly seniors.

Requirements

At least two years' experience in an administrative role.
Experience with a sales tracking database is preferred.
Availability to work weekends and/or flexible hours.
Knowledge of legal or similar documents where accuracy is crucial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a genuine interest in working with a senior population.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree in business administration, marketing, or similar field preferred.
Experience working with seniors is preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensuring that every new resident has a well-organized and positive transition into the community.
Listening to resident concerns and assisting in resolving issues.
Gathering information to ensure contracts are correct.
Signing contracts with residents.
Coordinating resident moves within the campus.
Supporting the Sales Team and Administrative office.
