We are seeking a full-time Move Coordinator to guide customers through every stage of their move, answer questions, coordinate important details, and help make their relocation as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Requirements

Proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and similar software.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Customer service-focused mindset.
Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

College degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience in domestic or international household goods transportation.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily business activities and van line/car carrier service orders using MoverSuite and BlueZone.
Maintain accurate relocation data in systems, ensuring compliance through all documentation and work activities.
Work with internal counselors, household goods networks, and non-network providers to ensure successful relocations.
Deliver amazing customer service and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.
Regularly review household goods operations and analyze reports to measure performance.
Recommend improvements to management or clients.
Assist in the smooth implementation of new relocation processes, vendors, or services.
Provide timely communication to stakeholders.
Maintain a creative, adaptable approach to problem-solving.

Experience-based pay of $20.00 - $24.00/hour
