About The Position

Pomp’s Tire Service is seeking a Mounted Tire Program Technician to manage and maintain mounted tire assemblies in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and consistency are important. The role includes mounting wheels and tires, preparing assemblies, and keeping the work area clean and organized. Requirements

• Basic tire and tire-mounting knowledge is helpful.
• Knowledge of and ability to use digital tools, technologies, and programs to complete job tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to talk and hear to use equipment and communicate effectively with internal and external customers and coworkers.
• Regularly lift, upright, push, or move 50 pounds; occasionally upright, push, or move 100 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull, and reach without difficulty; frequent kneeling and bending over and back are required.
• Stand continuously throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Mount single-, three-, and five-piece wheels and tires.
• Read and understand customer drawings.
• Preassemble wheels and organize wheels and tires for the mounter.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor.
