About The Position
Oversee all Spider Mountain Bike Park operations to include lift ops and maintenance, trail maintenance, retail operations, F&B operations, rentals, and Bike shop. Supervise all Spider Mountain Bike Park employees. Maintain all inventories to include Retail, F&B, and Rental fleets. Adhere to all MCP Lift Maintenance schedules and protocols. Respond to and resolve guest complaints and escalations professionally. Exemplify MCP values and beliefs.
Requirements
- Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and basic Google software.
Nice To Haves
- Prior lift and/or mountain operations experience highly preferred.
- Supervisory experience highly preferred.
