About The Position

Siouxland Community Health Center has one full-time opening for MOUD Program Manager. The successful candidate must have solid experience and advanced knowledge in the field. This role involves coordinating MOUD services, managing high-risk patients, supporting medication safety, and ensuring continuity of care. The position also provides oversight of clinical operations, ensures compliance with grant requirements, manages partnerships, and coordinates the supervision of staff delivering OUD services. Requirements

• Registered Nurse required
• Active RN license in the State of Iowa required
• Solid experience & advanced knowledge of MOUD services, case management, care coordination, or public health nursing
• Experience working with individuals with substance use disorder, complex health needs, or behavioral health conditions strongly preferred

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Experience in case management, care coordination, or public health nursing preferred
