Requirements

Minimum of 4 years in a related field with required supervisory or management experience.
CPR, First Aid, and Certified Medical Specialist (40hr) certifications.
Strong knowledge of developmental disabilities and licensing guidelines.
Sharp financial/business acumen.
Professional communication skills.
Ability to drive.
Ability to use a variety of software programs.
Ability to adapt to changing demands.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Ability to handle frequent standing, walking, and bending.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently.
Ability to push/pull up to 40 lbs of force.

Nice To Haves

A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field.
Certified QIDP

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and strategic growth of intermediate residential and/or day service programs.
Hire, train, and coach team members to maintain high employee engagement.
Ensure the needs of individuals are met by overseeing personalized health and habilitative services.
Maintain licensing readiness and navigate regulatory requirements.
Assist with developing program budgets, tracking revenue/expenses, and making informed operational decisions based on financial data.
Represent Mosaic in the local community to build connections and secure sustainable funding.
