About The Position
The Motorcycle Service Porter is responsible for moving service and customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility and increase customer convenience and maintaining an orderly service parking area.
Requirements
- Ability to comfortably drive all sizes and types of motorcycles.
- Excellent manual dexterity, eye for detail, and ability to kneel, crawl, reach, and stoop.
- Good judgment and willingness to produce quality work.
- Must have a good driving record with a motorcycle endorsement and judgment.
Responsibilities
- Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat professional attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
- Controls service traffic flow and parking.
- General facility cleaning including restrooms, coffee area, and entryways.
- Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of trash, water, leaves and dirt.
- Assists team with all dealership events.
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
