Requirements

Valid Class B CDL (or higher) with Passenger (P) endorsement and no air brake restriction
Legally authorized to work in the United States
25 years of age or older (required by our insurance carrier for passenger operations), drivers 21-24 years old who have completed formal training, or have 2+ Years experience are encouraged to apply
Able to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records, as required by 49 CFR 391.11(b)(2)
Driving record showing: No more than 2 moving violations in the past 12 months, No major accidents, reckless driving, DUI, or DWI, No license suspensions or revocations within the past 5 years
Able to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and DOT physical examination
Clear FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse query
Able to successfully complete a company road test & training

Responsibilities

Operate luxury motorcoaches on a wide variety of runs, including airport transfers and corporate travel, day tours and multi-day excursions, sports team transportation, and weddings, private charters, and special events.
Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Assist passengers with luggage (up to 50lbs).

Benefits

Consistent and competitive base pay: $250 per day.
Safety bonus: $25 per day worked, paid quarterly.
Per diem on day trips ($25/day), multi-day trips ($50/day), pre-night/post-night trips (under 4 hours $12.50, over 4 hours $25), and actual trip training days ($25/day).

Diamond level benefits (>210 driving days): All Emerald and Ruby benefits plus Diamond welcome gift, weekly minimum guarantee (4 days/week), 210 working days guaranteed, 10 days PTO (plus 1 additional day per year of service beyond 5), year-end bonus for days worked beyond 210, highest priority of work, assigned unit (coach), and an all-expense-paid trip after 10 years.
