About The Position
The Motorclothes Department at Harley-Davidson is looking for a part-time Motorclothes Associate to work Saturdays and Sundays. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for fashion and/or customer service, who is sales-driven, results-oriented, and a positive team player. The primary goal is to fulfill customers' dreams of personal freedom and prepare them for the road ahead by assisting them with their riding gear and apparel needs.
Requirements
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Personable, good attitude, easy to talk to, outgoing, team player
- Guest experience-oriented
- Self-motivated and driven
Nice To Haves
- Prior retail experience a plus, not required
- Harley-Davidson knowledge a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and provide excellent service
- Assist customers in fulfilling their riding gear needs
- Solicit sales and suggestively sell Harley-Davidson apparel and products
- Merchandising and maintaining the department’s appearance and displays
- Work with the Motorclothes Manager to meet monthly/quarterly goals
- Cashiering and Data Entry
