Requirements

Must be able to manually lift 50 lbs.
Retain a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in DRIVES (including CORE 21 version).
Be able to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
Experience with Windows 11/Microsoft 365.
Spanish bilingual skills.

Responsibilities

Checking and verifying orders from Colorado Correctional Industries in CORE 21 software and receiving shipments of state issued inventory for Motor Vehicle use.
Fulfilling and delivering inventory requests for office operations for all Jefferson County Motor Vehicle locations.
Maintain accurate tracking of inventory in the computer-based inventory system.
Maintain, clean, and operate county vehicles and equipment, including coordinating basic preventive maintenance by scheduling service with the County Maintenance Shop.
Operate a motor vehicle to deliver Motor Vehicle supplies to all five (5) Jefferson County Motor Vehicle locations (Arvada, Evergreen, Golden, Lakewood, Littleton).
