The Motor Assembler is responsible for one or more of the following duties in the assembly of motors. This role requires the ability to read and interpret various technical drawings and specifications, perform precise assembly tasks, fabricate parts, and maintain traceability records. Depending on the specific role within the assembly process, duties may include testing motors, painting components, winding coils, encapsulating parts, processing cores and magnets, and assembling commutation devices. The position requires adherence to safety regulations, quality procedures, and inventory management.
