Responsibilities

Must be able to operate and maintain refrigeration system, Engine Room Startup & Shutdown.
Liquid Level Management between Systems Temperature Monitoring Refrigeration and HVAC Unit Monitoring Service Refrigeration Evaporators Plant Wide.
Control station Diagnoses and Repair All Refrigeration Alarm Systems and Remedies Liquid Pumps Condenser Management NH3 Emission Detection Fill out Log Sheets All Motor Diagnoses and Replacement Be able to use Respirator, [ Clean Shaven and Physical].
Complete PMs as needed
Must be able to operate and maintain Steam system, Boiler Startup and Shutdown Boiler Re-Start Procedures All Steam alarms and Remedies Boiler DA System Steam and Condensate return piping All Motor Diagnoses and Replacement Fill out Log Sheets Complete PMs as needed
Must be able to operate and maintain Compressed Air System Air Compressor Startup and shutdown Air Dryer System All Air Alarm Systems and Remedies All Motor Diagnoses and Replacement Fill out Log Sheets Complete PMs as needed
Must be able to operate and maintain Waste Water System Operate DAFT System Perform PH test and adjustments Rotor Screen Operation Pit Pump operation All Motor Diagnoses and Replacement Fill out Log Sheets Complete PMs as needed
Must help keep all areas of Motive Power Painted, Clean, and Presentable
