The ideal candidate will be playful, fun, and willing to engage in make-believe. The Mother's Helper will support a working mom by providing quality time with her child, assisting with light household tasks, and running errands. The role requires warmth, proactivity, and punctuality, with a focus on play-based learning, routines, and creativity. The candidate should be open to feedback, able to set healthy boundaries, and possess a strong work ethic.

Requirements

1-2 years of toddler experience
Pediatric CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Clean driving record
Reliable vehicle
Simple meal prep/cooking skills
Good communication skills
Self-directed
Willing to work when child is mildly ill
Comfort around a 55 lb. dog
