About The Position

A caring, loving, and active family of 3 with two cats is seeking a part-time nanny for their 5-year-old son. The family values routine, honesty, kindness, and open communication. The son is sweet, caring, and energetic, enjoying sports, running, playing with balls, reading, cars, and Legos. The nanny will be responsible for preparing simple vegetarian dinners, school pick-ups, preparing after-school snacks, engaging in play, fun, and reading, providing homework help as needed, and light child-related tidying. The position offers W-2 payroll, guaranteed 20 hours per week, major paid holidays, accrued sick pay, and gas mileage reimbursement, with a long-term outlook.

Requirements

• Experience caring for children between the ages of 5-7
• Safe driving record
• Reliable vehicle
• Valid Driver’s License
• Previous experience driving children (ideally)
• Basic/intermediate cooking skills and able to follow a simple recipe
• CPR certified or willing to obtain
• Comfort around cats

Nice To Haves

• Kindergarten teaching experience
• Spanish/English or French/English language skills
• A passion for active, screen-free childcare
