This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work in the Mother/Baby unit. The unit is equipped with 26 beds and has a dedicated staff for optimal patient care. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, caring, patient, friendly, and have a positive can-do attitude. Prior experience in patient care is essential. Requirements
- 1 year of current Mother/Baby hospital experience
- BLS certification
- NRP certification
- Prior experience in patient care
Nice To Haves
- Lactation experience
- Experience with transitions
Responsibilities
- Provide care in the Mother/Baby unit.
- Educate newborn parents on safety and health.
- Perform procedures such as circumcisions.
