About The Position

Pest & Mosquito Authority is hiring Mosquito Control Technicians to provide mosquito treatments for residential and commercial customers. This is an active, outdoor job where you are not stuck behind a desk all day. No experience is required as the company provides paid training. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift/carry 60 lbs and perform physical work (standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching)
Comfortable working outdoors in heat/humidity
Available for extended hours/weekends when necessary
Willingness to undergo a background check
Enjoy working outdoors
Self-starter and highly motivated
Can work independently
Enjoy engaging with clients

Nice To Haves

Mosquito/pest control knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Apply mosquito control treatments at residential and commercial properties
Operate a backpack blower/fogger (up to 60 lbs) in heat/humidity and uneven terrain
Drive a company vehicle safely to customer locations
Provide friendly, professional customer service and respond to basic questions
Report customer concerns to the office for fast resolution
Complete job documentation accurately and on time
Follow all safety requirements (state guidelines, OSHA policies, PPE)
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
Work a flexible schedule as needed, including occasional weekends during peak season
