About The Position

United Federal Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Support Servicing Specialist to support mortgage servicing, escrow administration, construction loan servicing, and process improvement initiatives. In this role, you'll help ensure an exceptional member experience while supporting operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of mortgage servicing experience.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mortgage/banking systems.

Nice To Haves

• Construction lending or construction loan administration experience.
• Experience improving processes, systems, or workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage escrow, taxes, insurance, PMI, loan payoffs, and escrow analysis.
• Support construction loan administration, including draws, documentation, and timelines.
• Provide exceptional service to members, builders, and internal partners.
• Ensure compliance with mortgage servicing regulations and protect UFCU's lien position.
• Support system enhancements, workflow improvements, and operational projects.
