The Sales Manager is responsible for generating mortgage loans based on the same criteria as Mortgage Loan Consultants (MLC), and recruiting, training, and managing assigned Mortgage Loan Consultants based in production centers. This position is directly responsible for loan origination objectives and leadership strategies that will expand market share. The Sales Manager provides leadership through recognizing, coaching, and team building. They ascertain the home financing needs of the FUB branch communities and ensure that marketing efforts are designed to reach all demographic market segments within the communities. This role also involves completing all required compliance exams on a yearly basis and adhering to all First United Policies and Procedures. The employee is expected to dress professionally and recommend possible methods to improve the department to their supervisor.
