About The Position
First Heritage Mortgage Services is seeking an experienced Mortgage Processor for its mortgage company. The Mortgage Processor position is responsible for the processing and underwriting of various loan applications. This is a hybrid position at our Neshaminy Interplex office location.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in mortgage lending.
- Current advanced knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA and PHFA programs and guidelines.
- Well-developed communication skills.
- Ability to identify and cultivate existing and future business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Processing Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and PHFA loans according to the Investor guidelines.
- Identify and recommend alternative loan structuring and financing solutions, ensuring all information is accurate in the loan origination system; including FHA Connection.
- Assist in responding to the Quality Control Audits.
