As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will possess background experience skills and attributes: Develop and maintain relationships with customers, realtors, builders, and referral sources Assist borrowers with loan applications and gather required financial documentation Analyze applicants’ financial status and credit to determine loan eligibility Recommend appropriate mortgage products (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, etc.) Stay informed on current lending regulations and market trends Work closely with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure timely and smooth closings Maintain compliance with all bank and regulatory requirements Meet established sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the loan process Requirements Prior experience in mortgage lending or financial services preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to generate leads and build relationships Knowledge of mortgage loan products, underwriting, and closing procedures NMLS registration required (or ability to obtain) We believe work and life should be meaningful and beneficial to our employees and the bank. Requirements

Prior experience in mortgage lending or financial services preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to generate leads and build relationships
Knowledge of mortgage loan products, underwriting, and closing procedures
NMLS registration required (or ability to obtain)
