Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of related experience required

Responsibilities

  • Manage escrow accounts, including annual analyses and processing of tax, insurance, and PMI activity; initiate force-placed insurance or escrow actions when necessary.
  • Process collateral damage claim transactions and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
  • Support construction loan servicing, including draw requests, communication with builders/title companies, loan setup, and appraisal coordination.
  • Performs a variety of mortgage servicing functions while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This includes responding to member inquiries, processing payments and payoffs, updating account information, and manage document workflows.
  • Prepare and process required servicing documents (payoffs, verifications, satisfactions, subordinations, modifications, and related documentation) in compliance with regulatory and internal policies and regulations.
  • Review final title insurance policies for accuracy and compliance, identifying any exceptions or discrepancies.
  • Collaborates with title companies to research, resolve, and correct identified issues to ensure proper lien position, regulatory adherence, and accurate servicing records.
  • Manage the appraisal process, including ordering, tracking, communication, and timely upload of reports and invoices.
  • Performs monthly PMI reconciliation and process mortgage insurance cancellations to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance in accordance with investor guidelines, federal requirements, and internal policy.
  • Conduct post-funding reviews and reconcile any documentation or system issues.
  • Process mortgage-related invoices and maintain accurate vendor payment records.
  • Prepares and submits investor loan sale packages by accurately compiling required documentation and completing all associated data entry in accordance with investor guidelines.
  • Provides backup support for the daily balancing and reconciliation of investor accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all reporting and accounting requirements.
