Requirements
- 3+ years of recent mortgage loan processing experience
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations, including TRID and TILA
- Proficiency with Calyx Point, Outlook, and Microsoft Office (including Excel)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Passion for helping members achieve their financial and homeownership goals
Responsibilities
- Help members in person and over the phone by guiding them through the mortgage application process and educating them on available loan products
- Manage residential mortgage loan files from application through closing and funding
- Build strong relationships with borrowers, referral partners, and internal teams
- Keep loan files organized, accurate, compliant, and moving efficiently through the pipeline
- Collaborate with underwriters, title companies, appraisers, and other third-party vendors
- Participate in networking, marketing and business development activities to help grow our mortgage program
