Requirements
- 1–3 years of related experience in mortgage processing, lending, or financial services
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using computer systems, email, and learning new software platforms
- Someone who enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in accuracy and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Partnering closely with Mortgage Loan Originators to help members move through the mortgage process smoothly and efficiently
- Gathering, reviewing, and verifying loan documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Communicating with members, realtors, title companies, builders, and vendors throughout the loan journey
- Ordering and reviewing appraisals, title work, flood certificates, and other required documents
- Identifying and resolving issues early to help keep loans on track and closings on time
- Preparing loans for closing, disbursing funds, and ensuring proper filing and archiving of documents
- Managing pipeline updates and maintaining organized, accurate loan records
- Providing exceptional member service while identifying opportunities to support additional member needs
