About The Position

Requirements

Organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail is a must.
Be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, while managing and meeting multiple deadlines.
Integrity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work with a dynamic and passionate team.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ability to learn and use various software and technology programs.

Responsibilities

Process loans within established policies, procedures, and related legal requirements.
Communicate frequently with members, realtors, and loan officers regarding file statuses.
Create and deliver mortgage disclosures.
Place and track mortgage orders with third party companies.
Verify data on the loan application for accuracy.
Maintain progression of the mortgage file to meet or exceed closing dates.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with members, realtors, and others.
Maintain knowledge of mortgage products, procedures, and regulations.
Be responsible for meeting set standards and objectives for processing.
