About The Position

Elliman Capital is seeking an experienced Mortgage Processor to support its integrated lending arm, which provides sophisticated lending solutions within the luxury real estate market. The processing model emphasizes clear ownership and role separation, with processors responsible for file completeness and documentation accuracy, while underwriting handles credit analysis and loan approval. The role requires adherence to structured hybrid schedules, clear productivity standards, and direct access to underwriting and leadership for issue resolution, prioritizing quality execution over volume.
