Requirements

• Review residential mortgage loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with investor and agency guidelines.
• Collect, analyze, and verify borrower income, asset, credit, and employment documentation.
• Coordinate third-party services including appraisals, title work, flood certifications, insurance, and verification of employment.
• Prepare loan files for underwriting submission and manage all underwriting conditions through final approval.
• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and vendors to obtain required documentation and provide loan status updates.
