About The Position

Acrisure Mortgage has an exciting opportunity for a driven and relationship-focused Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) in Bluffton, SC to step into a highly active, established builder account with built-in volume and serious growth potential. This role offers a chance to plug into a steady stream of business, backed by a builder partner who’s ready to work closely with you, and a company that knows how to deliver fast, smooth closings. The MLO will build relationships with our builder partner and visit communities on a regular basis. Communities are located in the Bluffton, SC area. They will also participate in weekly pipeline status meetings. MLO will interview customers to determine their financial needs and advise those customers of appropriate products, terms, and pricing. They will navigate the borrower through the mortgage process and help to gather required information through clear and timely communication. The MLO must maintain high loan quality standards and comply with industry regulations. The MLO is required to meet sales goals and objectives. MLO's will be able to work builder leads as well as the ability to self-source business!

Requirements

• 3-5 years residential mortgage industry experience, preferably supporting a builder relationship
• South Carolina Mortgage Loan Originator license required
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with builder and customers
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences
• Proficient in product guidelines for Conventional, FHA, and VA loans
• Strong technology skills
