About The Position

Satori Mortgage is a national team of 50+ producing loan officers who share wins with each other. We are a brokerage and correspondent lender, offering real lending power and a wide range of options without corporate bloat. We provide real-time support from originators, not managers who haven't originated in years. You can run scenarios personally with our president, CEO, regional managers, and VPs, who still fund loans themselves. We offer systems and onboarding built by a producing loan officer, real coaching and accountability including Bootcamp Sessions, a national community sharing market insights, access to 50+ lenders and a correspondent channel, and a real AI edge with tools like Gemini and custom GPTs. We also provide support on tough calls with a pod leader who can join borrower calls and agent/builder Zooms. This is a 100% commission, self-generating role where we teach you to build a business that survives any market.
