Mortgage Loan Officers drive success through one of two specialized lending teams: a high-volume, lead-driven, phone-based environment for those excelling at high-frequency conversion and scaling customer relationships quickly, or a consultative, market-based model for those who thrive on building long-term strategic partnerships with Zillow Preferred Agents. Both teams are crucial to Zillow's purchase-focused mission and are supported by Zillow’s industry-leading technology, brand, centralized operations, and leadership. This position offers an opportunity to grow your career as a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer, originating home loans for customers introduced through Zillow’s ecosystem. You will guide borrowers from initial contact through funding, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. Depending on your background and strengths, you may operate in either a high-volume, digitally driven environment or a relationship-based, market-focused model. Success in this role is driven by responsiveness, execution, and performance within a structured, metrics-driven organization, all supported by Zillow’s brand, platform, and operational scale. This is a remote role with restrictions, requiring your principal place of residence to be physically located within North Carolina. While primarily remote, you may also choose to work from a company office. Relocation requests to other states are subject to Company review and approval.
